Tires and wheel sizes?

I have just bought a set of YGP wet tires just in case! I see that they are narrower than the regular tires, Fine I'll just get narower rims right? Wrong!! when I go to Douglas site to order them I find I need to know about offset and a bunch of other confusing numbers! What size wheels should I buy for a Trackmagic Demon 125 shifter? Are there any rules of thumb for tire/wheel size matches?

We use cast 125mm front and 180mm rear for rain applications. For your TM you could use your standard 5" on the front and 7.00 for the rear. Use the same inset you use for dry conditions.
Although we seldom use spun wheels if we do we use Lansing.

Where can I get cast or mag wheels from for the TM Demon 3 on 2.5? Everyone seems to sell metric 3 on 67mm but I have yet to find US mag or cast wheels.
