THURSDAY, DECEMBER 14
Positioned as the cap of the current season as it previews the products and series that will be part of the year to come, the Performance Racing Industry trade show is the single biggest motorsports trade gathering in American motorsports. For many years, show organizers have aggressively approached the karting industry to be part of the action, but it has been a tough sell. This year, many of the sport’s major importers and teams were finally lured to Orlando thanks to the development of a new karting event that would be actively promoted alongside the show, putting their products in action in front of what promised to be a massive crowd. The Stars of Karting crew was the organizers of the race, which was to be run just outside the show floor as an extension to the Thursday evening ‘Happy Hour’. It was a great plan to exposure karting to the mainstream motorsports industry.

Jaskol, Rice Take Victories at All-Stars Karting Classic
Team TopKart USA members Matt Jaskol and Kyle Wiegand scored the 1-2 finish last night at the Stars of Karting All-Stars Karting Classic to kick off the first day of the PRI Trade Show, outside the Orlando Convention Center in Florida.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13
All the major sports have one: football, baseball, basketball, hockey, even professional motorsports. This Thursday, karting will establish its own version of an all-star event. The Snap-on Stars of Karting Presented by the IRL has partnered with the Performance Racing Industry to host the All-Stars Karting Classic at the annual PRI Trade Show in Orlando, Florida. The event will be part of the show’s opening day program.
