| EKN Introduces Podcast Name Contest |

With the continuing success of the EKN podcast ‘Happy Hour with Howden’, the website staff is now looking to re-name the popular internet radio program to help better expose the sport of karting, not only to current karting fans, but to the general public who have no idea what karting is.
EKN will be keeping the 'Happy Hour' moniker for shows that are taped on location at racing events during the year as part of the EKN Trackside Coverage package, but are looking for a broader name to tag on the podcast itself to focus more on karting as a sport. With that in mind, the staff at EKN has asked the viewers to submit their favorite title for the karting podcast.
“The Happy Hour program has been great over the past six months,” stated EKN News Manager David Cole. “While talking with (Rob) Howden before the last taping, we both felt it was time to take the show to the next level. We really want this to be a show for people new to karting as well as the karting veterans and the title is the first thing people see when they are on iTunes or other podcast sites.”
The rules are simple, come up with a name for the show and post it in the Official EKN Podcast Name Thread only - following the rules of the forums with no slander, bad language, or personal insults.
The deadline for EKN viewers to submit their choices is May 15. The staff will then take all the submissions and decide the best title for the program. The person who comes up with the winning name will be awarded prizes to be announced later next week. Included in with the prizes is a life-time subscription to Super Kart Illustrated.
