| Team News: Team CRG-USA Readies for Streets of Lancaster Grand Prix |

Team CRG-USA is set to take on the growing Streets of Lancaster Grand Prix street race in Lancaster, California this weekend (September 15-17). The official race team of the Grand Junction, Colorado-based CRG importer is coming off a solid outing to close out the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge season. Now, the attention turns to the California ProKart Challenge, as the series will complete its final round over the two-event. CRG-USA will be in SoCal to support those CRG drivers contesting the championship chases in addition to team drivers making the trek for a tune-up event before the SKUSA SuperNationals XVI.
CRG-USA driver Jimmy McNeil is the current California PKC championship leader in the S1 Pro Stock Moto category. A fourth win on the season would secure him the title, and kick start the momentum heading into the SuperNationals. Robert Marks is also racing for a championship during the Streets of Lancaster Grand Prix. He leads the S4 Master Stock Moto standings heading into the weekend. Fellow SoCal driver Darrel Tunnel is in the hunt to secure a top-three position in the standings. Colorado drivers Sabré Cook and Jack Bradley will take on the strong S2 Semi-Pro Stock Moto field. Cook returns after placing fifth last year while Bradley will make his first start at the GP. Wyoming driver Scott Allen will also make his first Streets of Lancaster Grand Prix start after contesting the SKUSA Pro Tour all season. Mexican driver Yigal Garcia Rached will run the S5 Junior Stock Moto division with support from CRG-USA.

The operation recently contested the finale weekend of the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge program, set at their home track - Grand Junction Motor Speedway. The event was highlight by a number of victories and championships to close out the year. David Conyers and Jet Davis took the feature wins in S4 Master Stock Moto category for CRG-USA. Fellow teammate Scott Allen mixed it up, qualifying on pole to open up the weekend. Davis came through to win both heat races, only to have a broken throttle cable break in the main event, handing the win to Conyers with Allen placing second. Conyers and Davis battled on Sunday with Conyers retiring early, giving Davis the victory with Allen earning another podium finish, this time in the third position.
Three drivers secured Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge championships on the weekend with double victories. Mianna Wick completed her first regional season in the S5 Junior Stock Moto category, earning the title and further developing her skill set behind the wheel in just her second year in the sport with CRG-USA. Fellow young star Austin Versteeg locked up a guaranteed starting spot on the SKUSA SuperNationals XVI TaG Junior grid with his two wins in Grand Junction, earning the class championship. Riley Cook took advantage of the event taking place at his home track, sweeping the TaG Cadet division on the weekend to steal the championship title.
Arizona driver Kyle Hathcox scored two podium finishes, a third on Saturday followed with a runner-up on Sunday in the S1 Pro Stock Moto division. Sabré Cook battled an illness all weekend and muscled her way to similar results, a third and second place finishes ending the season vice-champion in the S2 Semi-Pro Stock Moto championship. Jack Bradley came back from a DNF on Saturday to place on the podium in third behind Cook.
