| Industry News: AMV Introduces 2012 Super Brake for New Homologation Period |
| |
A.M.V. of Italy, producer of the highest quality components in the industry, has produced the new Super Brake for the CIK homologation period from 2012-2016. The brake is a completely new design utilizing floating brake discs on both the rear and front brake. The rear vented disc is an impressive 18mm in width allowing greater cooling. Both the front and rear calipers have one supply line and brake fluid passes internally to both sides eliminating the extra line between halves.
“The new 2012 chassis come standard with the Super Brake, billett pedals and A.M.V. low volume magnesium wheels,” said Dave Lehmann, owner of Ultra Kart, A.M.V.’s USA importer. “The cadet karts are supplied with A.M.V. RSB brake system with vented rear disc and four brake pads. Also new for 2012 are the new kart graphics and matching team suits produced by Freem, located in Italy.”
Ultra Kart is offering teams and shops the opportunity to have personalized chassis to offer their customers. These operations can choose from two chassis models and from six colors of aluminum components and wheels, or they can elect to go with black magnesium components.
Opportunities for regional distributors and dealers are available. To see all of the quality A.M.V. karts and products, visit http://www.ultra-kart.com or contact Dave Lehmann at info@ultra-kart.com or 253-359-1615. |
