Team GMZ Wheels Formula K is set to race at the WKA Man Cup race this weekend in Norway Illinois. Drivers Jake Craig and Andrew Weiner are both entered in 2 classes each day. Craig is back to Junior for the next two weekends in a row after his great showing at Miller Motorsports Park in Utah for the SKUSA SummerNationals. Craig finishing 4th on Saturday in the stacked field of TAG Senior with team mate Andrew Weiner getting on the podium for third just ahead of him. Craig also received the hard charger award on Sunday in the final going from 30th to10th on his new Formula-K.
GMZ Formula K driver Brendan Baker had a great weekend on his new GMZ Wheel, Formula K ride finishing 3rd on Saturday and moving up one spot Sunday to 2nd in the TAG junior class. Baker the only Formula K in the field did a great job for the team for his first showing. Baker plans on running in two weeks when SKUSA goes to Santa Maria CA. Team GMZ Formula K heads straight to the Rotax Nationals in South Bend Indiana from the WKA race this weekend.
