Kart Racing Network Returns to Provide Online Broadcast of the United States Rotax Grand Nationals

2012 marks the 12th annual running of the U.S. Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Nationals. The MAXSpeed Group, the U.S. Distributor of Rotax engines, parts and accessories, is proud to announce that they have renewed their association with Kart Racing Network to broadcast the on-track action at this year's event.

This year's edition will be held August 7-11 at the Jet Karting-MRP facility in South Bend, Indiana. This is the second time the U.S. Rotax MAX Grand Nationals have been held at this facility and it's the perfect venue to showcase KRN's new High-Definition cameras and instant replay. "We're really happy to have Kart Racing Network back for the Grand Nationals," said MAXSpeed's General Sales and Distribution Manager Richard Boisclair. "Their professionalism and attention to detail and quality makes them a great choice for broadcasting our most important national event."

“It’s a privilege for Kart Racing Network to once again produce a live broadcast of the United States Rotax Grand Nationals; a huge thanks to the MaxSpeed Group for their faith and support,” stated KRN Technical Director Michael Wright. “The 2011 broadcast boasted over 14,000 unique connections from over 40 countries, and we’re extremely eager to eclipse those figures in 2012. Our new HD cameras, instant replay, and live timing enhancements should prove to be immensely popular with our global audience. We can’t wait!”

With the race less than two months away, there's plenty of work to be done and the KRN and MAXSpeed crews are hard at work to bring the racing public the best U.S. Rotax Grand Nationals coverage ever. But one does not need to wait until August to sample KRN's broadcast quality. For those that are feeling a little nostalgic for last year's Grand Nationals, or those just looking to get pumped for this year's race, archived version of last year's Grand nationals can be found on the KRN website at: kartracingnetwork.com/2011/08/2011-rmc-u-s-grand-nationals/
