| PSL Karting Announces Two-Day Karting School with World Champion Pier-Luc Ouellette |

Are you the next World Champion? Come learn from one of karting’s greatest stars, as two-time Rotax DD2 World Champion Pier-Luc Ouellette presents a race school at PSL Montreal, located at Circuit Karting ICAR, April 21 and 22.
With the popularity of last year’s racing diploma program offered by PSL Karting, this year, the karting powerhouse is offering a two-day race school complete with all the basics and the added incentive of learning from one of the world’s best! Pier-Luc Ouellette, a two-time Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals DD2 World Champion in 2007 and 2011, also claimed the 2008 DD2 Vice-World Championship, was the 2011 Eastern Canadian Karting Championship DD2 titleholder as well as the Canadian National Champion in the class. Ouellette's vast knowledge, world-class karting experience and determination to succeed will add a priceless component to the PSL Karting race school that no up-and-coming driver will want to miss!
The two-day school will cover all the necessary ASN requirements including: security, flags, rules & procedures, racing codes and the written exam. Also included in the course are ASN established track aspects: getting on and off the track, starting grid procedures, pre- and post- technical inspection procedures and race starts. Combined with the on-track evaluation and required 105% lap time, participants will learn everything they need to obtain their race diploma.
Ouellette will cover mental and physical preparations, track walks, braking zones, limit braking, acceleration, kart geometry, kart preparation, speed gaining techniques, qualifying and race start tactics, how to lead a race and race craft for passing. With the added bonus of learning first-hand from a two-time World Champion, the PSL Karting school will provide all the components and knowledge to race at the top!
PSL Karting race technicians will also be on hand to provide tuning advice, including carburetion, gearing, kart width, axle stiffness, data acquisition and much more!
