As the hub of karting on the Internet over the past 10 years, eKartingNews.com continues to evolve as the sport’s online home. Since the site’s earliest days, the Rotax program has been part of its editorial coverage, and this has as continued year after year. Today, the relationship will take the next step as the MAXSpeed Group, the administrator of the United States Rotax Max Challenge, has announced that eKartingNews.com will now be the program’s ‘Official Online Media Partner’. The new association will see added exposure and editorial content focused on Rotax Max Challenge platform on EKN as the two forces join to grow and support the sport of karting.
Richard Boisclair, MAXSpeed Group General Sales and Distribution Manager, had this to say about the relationship, “We’re very happy with our new association with eKartingNews.com. The U.S. Rotax program has always been a supporter of EKN, and we felt it was time to take the relationship to a higher level. As the Rotax MAX Challenge becomes a larger force in the world of karting, we felt that the increased viewership of EKN followers was key to the growth of Rotax in the United States.”
Each month will see dedicated editorial production focused on the United States Rotax Max Challenge. Following along with the successful ‘EKN Driver of the Month’ segment, a separate ‘Rotax Driver of the Month presented by MAXSpeed Group’ will be published once every 30 days. In addition to the Rotax DOM, EKN will take the opportunity to delve into one US Rotax Max Challenge series each month in the ‘USRMC Spotlight’ series, highlighting programs from across the country that provide qualifying Rotax Max Challenge championships. EKN will continue its stellar race coverage, attending the United States Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Nationals, set for August 7-11 at the Michiana Raceway Park in South Bend, Indiana, and the Pan American Challenge on September 20-23 at The Track at Centennial in Englewood, Colorado.

The EKN team’s next Trackside Live broadcast of Rotax competition is set for March 30-April 1 in Fontana, CA at the finale round of the Gatorz Challenge of the Americas. |
