| Red Bull Kart Fight at PRI, Powered by Rotax Kart Race Preview |

Held at the world’s largest racing trade show, the Performance Racing Industry Trade Show in Orlando, the Red Bull Kart Fight offers famed racers from diverse series returning to their karting roots.
Imagine watching NASCAR Cup star AJ Allmendinger racing alongside X Games star Tanner Foust racing alongside NASCAR Camping World Truck Series star Cole Whitt racing alongside Indycar's Townsend Bell, Alex Tagliani, Ryan Briscoe, E.J. Viso and Jay Howard!
And we're just getting started!
This year's KZ1 World Champion Jonathon Thonon will be running in the Karters division, along with 5-time world champion David Fore and last year's world champion Bas Lammers. The UK’s Ben Cooper is flying to Orlando fresh off his Senior division win in the 2011 Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals 2011 in Dubai.
The fifth edition of the popular race takes place Thursday night, December 1, 2011, in Orlando, Florida. The race course is a tight, technical, purpose-built race track adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center, housing the 700,000-square-foot PRI Trade Show.
“We’re really pleased that we could work with Red Bull and Rotax to bring this extraordinary caliber of racers to Orlando to compete before the attendees and exhibitors at the PRI Trade Show,” said Steve Lewis, producer of the Show. “It truly is a ‘can’t miss’ racing event.”
The races will be televised nationally on Fox Sports Net in two segments:
4:30 p.m., January 2—Amateur Race & Karter Division Broadcast
4:30 p.m., January 9—All-Star Broadcast.
Note that the segments are being run in simulcast, meaning that it will be on at 4:30 p.m. in all time zones. So, they’ll be simulcast at 4:30 p.m. Florida time, and also 4:30 p.m. California time.
