Stacked Driver Roster Confirmed for CRG-USA at Red Bull Kart Fight at PRI, Powered by Rotax

CRG USA, based in Grand Junction, Colorado announced that it will exhibit CRG’s latest kart chassis, which have won four KZ1 World Cups in the last five years, at the 24th Annual Performance Racing Industry Trade Show, to be held the first week of December in Orlando.

CRG USA is also making the Karter Division of the Red Bull Kart Fight at PRI, Powered by Rotax one of the most talented starting grids of the year in karting, by bringing Jonathon Thonon, this year’s KZ1 World Cup champion (a four-time winner), and David Forè, five-time world champion, to race in Orlando. Plus, Indy Lights standout Conor Daly will race in the Karter Division for CRG.

In the All-Star division of the big race, karting legend Alan Rudolph, tour director of competition for SKUSA and chief instructor at the Bondurant Kart Racing School, will represent CRG. Rudolph has also competed in the prototype divisions of the American Le Mans Series. Also competing for CRG in the Karter division will be factory drivers Sabre Cook and Ryan Rudolph.

“I am super excited to be exhibiting in the PRI Trade Show again,” said Richard Buxman, sales manager for CRG USA. “We are looking forward to utilizing both the trade show and kart race to showcase our dedication to our dealers as well as our race team.”

Giancarlo Tinini, Chairman of CRG SpA, said, “For several years, the PRI Trade Show is a nerve center of American and international karting, and it is collecting more and more interest. We could not miss the race so we will be there with two of our best drivers, not only for the prestige of the show but also for the friendship and the great esteem towards the Lewis family." Steve Lewis is the producer of the PRI Trade Show.

The PRI Trade Show has evolved into a key annual gathering of karting businesspeople. Many of the top brand names in kart racing are among the 1100 exhibiting companies. Over 40,000 racing businesspeople from across the US, and 65 countries, attend the PRI Trade Show each year to shop the latest advances in racing components. It will be held December 1-3, in the North/South Building of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The exhibits take up 700,000 square feet.

The kart race will be held on Thursday night, December 1, in Orlando, in conjunction with the PRI Trade Show, which is the largest racing trade show in the world. The racing starts at 6:30 p.m.

Stars from NASCAR, IndyCar, ALMS, NHRA, Grand-Am and more come to the world’s largest racing trade show to compete in the popular kart race. The race course is a tight, technical, purpose-built race track adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center, housing the 700,000 square feet PRI Trade Show. The Show is December 1 - 3, 2011.

November 18, 2011, is the deadline for team entries. Race teams can get a downloadable PDF of the entry form at the Red Bull Kart Fight Events Page on the PRI website. Or then can register online at motorsportsreg.com
