SURPRISES AT THE END OF WSK WORLD SERIES
The final round of the WSK World Series, which has completed its third and final act in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, confirmed how vital and fierce is the paddock of the world karting series, promoted and organized by WSK Promotion. The races have in fact reserved changes in the rankings and coup de théâtre, even in those classes where the championship games were practically done.

SKF KOZLINSKI BEATS ALL, BUT THE TITLE GOES TO CONVERS
He presented himself in great shape since Saturday and repeated his performance in the Final: French Kozlinski (CRG-Maxter-Vega) shown since the start how he wanted to win the Super KF held in Sharm el Sheikh. He jumped to the head then played a heated mid-race battle with his countryman Armand Convers (Kosmic-Vortex-Vega). The latter was also able to take the lead for a few laps, before giving it back to Kozlinski launched towards the victory. In second place is then moved up Dutch Nick De Vries (Zanardi-Parilla-Vega), fighting for the championship with Convers. At the end of the race, it has been taken out of the rankings for having started from the wrong position on the grid after a technical stop to his kart. In second place is therefore moved up the excellent Italian Davide Fore (CRG-Maxter-Vega), followed by Convers. The French, winning the podium, also won the championship, ahead of De Vries.

THONON WITHOUT OPPONENTS IN KZ2
Belgian Jonathan Thonon (CRG-Maxter-Dunlop), after an unexpected early stop in the Prefinal, started in the Final ready for battle, from the back of the grid to overtake all and move toward the victory in KZ2, both in the championship and in the race. His teammate, American Gary Carlton, left out of the fight for second palce after a crash. So for the podium positions the fight was between the two Tony Kart-Vortex drivers, namely Italian Marco Ardigò and Belgian Rick Dreezen, which have concluded in second and third place.

BAILLY IN EXTREMIS WON RACE AND CHAMPIONSHIP IN KF2
Italian Ignazio D'Agosto (Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega) leaved Sharm el Sheikh with great disappointment: arrived at the top of the KF2 standings, he turned victim of the bagarre at the start of the Final, which has irremediably compromised the victory. A series of collision, in a crowded entrance to the first corner, knocked out D'Agosto, who had to run after the group. Meanwhile, English Chris Lock (Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega), after taken the leadership, suffered an attack of the Belgian Sébastien Bailly (Kosmic-Vortex-Vega) and teammate and countryman Luke Varley, who were soon in the first two positions. Bailly won the race which guaranteed him also the success in the championship. Varley has been overtaken by Lock and Japanese Yu Kanamaru, who completed the podium.

KF3 SURPRISE KASAI WON THE RACE, BUT THE CHAMPION IS VERSTAPPEN
The fight between Dutch Max Verstappen (CRG-Maxter-Dunlop) and Rumanian Robert Visoiu (Tony Kart-Vortex-Dunlop) was more and more heated, so much so Visoiu went off the track and Verstappen sanctioned with exclusion from the race. The two main actors were so out of the KF3 fight for victory, despite a strong recover that led Visoiu third. The success so went surprising to the Japanese Takashi Kasai (Tony Kart-Vortex-Dunlop) remained ahead of successful Antonio Fuoco (CRG-Maxter-Dunlop) after an overtaken occurred in the early laps. The championship, however, remained in the hands of Verstappen, already with considerable advantage in the standings.
