As an evolution of the previous podcasting program created by eKartingNews.com, the sport’s leading karting website, the first edition of the new and improved ‘EKN Bridgestone Kart Report’ has been completed and is now available for download by the karting enthusiasts. The new podcast show, hosted by EKN Editor-in-Chief Rob Howden and produced by EKN Managing Editor David Cole, will bring you the latest in karting news from across the country and around the world. The new Kart Report will feature interviews and roundtable discussions with the major players and drivers in the sport. The EKN Bridgestone Kart Report is also available for download via iTunes, opening up the opportunity for EKN readers to listen to the podcasts on their personal audio devices and in the car. The new season is upon us and there will certainly be a great deal to talk about.

The eKartingNews.com Bridgestone Kart Report returns after two months off for show number three of 2010. After a busy July and August, the karting season is entering the final stage of the year with championships all over the country coming to a close. The EKN duo of Rob Howden and David Cole made their annual journey to the world’s largest street race, the Rock Island Grand Prix. The two discuss the latest news in the sport of karting while interviewing RIGP President Roger Ruthhart and SKUSA Central States Challenge S2 driver Lukas Johnson - making his first start at the King of the Streets. At the end of the show, a new Bridgestone Trivia question is given for the listeners to earn a chance at winning a new set of Bridgestone tires.

The eKartingNews.com Bridgestone Kart Report is back for its second show of the season. The world is busy with racing action, and North America is no different. During a rare break between Trackside Live trips, the EKN duo of Rob Howden and David Cole meet at the HMG Headquarters and sit down for the latest taping of the EKN Bridgestone Kart Report. The two discuss some of the racing action already taken place this year and the major events on deck for the next two months. Also highlighted in the show is the informal announcement of the EKN Club Scene program that will debut on the site along with the new Bridgestone Trivia question -with a new set of Bridgestone tires up for grabs.

Back by popular demand, the new and improved eKartingNews.com Bridgestone Kart Report has returned and is better than ever. EKN’s Rob Howden and David Cole are once again behind the mics to discuss the latest in karting news, expressing a few opinions on certain topics in the process. The duo was joined during this first show by Championship Karting International’s Kevin Williams and Randy Kugler to discuss the many new programs the organization announced at their opening round. Also on the show is Vice President of the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving and karting veteran Alan Rudolph to discuss their relationship with CKI and the new Driver Search the school has put into place.
