FRIDAY, JULY 18
Racing action at the 2008 International Kart Federation Road Race Grand Nationals at the Portland International Raceway completed with drivers saving the best for the final day of action around the 1.9-mile circuit in Portland, Oregon. With zero red flag situations all week long, a friendly atmosphere, and plenty of racing time for all, the event host - Portland Karting Association - put on one of the best Grand Nationals in recent history boasting nearly 330 entries. On-track Chris Hegar added two more Duffy’s for a event total of three while Phillip Arscott became an IKF expert with his second win during his lunch break.

THURSDAY, JULY 17
Another bright and sunshine filled day at the 2008 International Kart Federation Road Race Grand Nationals as the third day of competition completed for host Portland Karting Association. The day began with a slight overcast until the races started and the sun began to shine down. The highlight of the day saw Scott Holmboe take home three Duffy’s while Terre Rothweiler earned his second of the event.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 16
Day two of the 2008 International Kart Federation Road Race Grand Nationals at Portland International Raceway with clear blue skies and a clean raceday with no issues. The first round of Duffy’s were handed out to the winners, many of which earned their first ever.

TUESDAY, JULY 15
The opening day of the 2008 International Kart Federation Road Race Grand Nationals is in the books with a full day of practice and the opening pro races running without any issues around the Portland International Raceway. The Portland Karting Association hosted event thus far has over 100 drivers making up over 300 entries will compete around the 1.9-mile circuit over four days, all attempting to take home the prestigious IKF Duffy.

MONDAY, JULY 14
The Portland Karting Association has put in months of planning for four days of action at the Portland International Raceway for the running of the 2008 International Kart Federation (IKF) Road Race Grand Nationals. Twenty-eight classes - ranging from 4-cycle to Unlimited - are on the docket for an action packed week of racing around the newly-repaved 1.9-mile course.
