This mini ROK was blueprinted by Woltjer and was previoudly run by Alex Verhagen.
We raced this engine at FWT in Homestead and Ocala. Poor qualifying resulted in having to start in back in all heat races but this engine is so strong (especially bottom end) it was able to move up through field 10-15 positions everytime. In Ocala it was 10th fastest over all in final while moving through traffic while other top 10 speeds were in front.
Now why hybrid? At Ocala (and reason we had s bad qualifying) there was something wrong with the engine but Daniel wasn’t there and being a true professional Brandon from Allison engines offered to help and rebuilt the ENTIRE top end and Carburator between heat 1 and heat 2……best of both worlds a Allitjer Mini ROK.
So it’s not a Woltjer and not an Allison and wouldn’t portray it as either but it’s a stupid fast Mini ROK that has rediculous bottom end power and good top end and this is unusual with MiniROKs (but not unheard of)
We are no longer racing ROK and focusing on Swift for now.
Let me know if you want a raid winning proven stupid fast hybrid blueprinted Mini ROK!
