200 Tables of Kart Racing merchandise all under one roof! Many of the sports biggest aftermarket vendors will be there along with private vendors selling used karts and parts. This is absolutely the largest one day karting event of the winter.
For some of us, the fees for parking and admission do make a difference in the decision to attend or not, or how many family members go. But I do not find that information on the linked page, or on the flyer.
How much per vehicle, and how much per person, please?
,valid point and we understand that and try to keep it low cost..
$10 per person 6 years old and over , under 6 is free. No charge for vehicles .
We did list the pricing on the registration form but we will consider posting that info on the front of next years flyer , thank you for pointing that out.
Thanks for the quick reply.
With the weather we are having this year, getting everyone under one roof at Hara is a great idea, BTW!
One of our board members Doug Benson took on this task of finding a location that would better serve everyone that attends and has put a lot of hours into this…We hope that it will help all the vendors and customers meet up with one another more easily.

Please let any of the OVKA Board Members if you have any suggestions for improvement .
Ray – is it possible to get booth space via walk up Friday night or Saturday morning? Or is it pre-registration only?
I think your link above answered my question:
Table space is available for walk ups.
Walk in’s are perfectly fine, and with it being only a few days before the Swap Meet, it is preferred..
Give Doug Benson a call if you want to give him a verbal reservation..
Tables are selling at a brisk pace at the new Hara Area location in Dayton……. weather will be fairly good with temps possibly hitting the low 40’s Come one come all.
Buy Sell trade or just come to see friends, OVKA welcomes everyone to shake off the winter blues , getting ready to smell racing fumes in the air again come spring…
