2000 Suzuki RM 250 2 stroke Shifter kart. I just rebuilt top and bottom end 12/20/2013 FMF decked head, FMF full port and polish cylinder and power valve, new weisco 66.40mm piston with dual offset rings wrist pin and roller bearings. Crank with polished slip fit for race tear down and trued to .001 on 12/19/2013. New Allballs crank bearings and seals , new transmission bearings and seals new shift shaft seals. Hinson race clutch basket steel and kevlar plates throw out bearing and outer plate. New Boyesen magnesium clutch cover and hinson billet aluminum power valve cover. No chips or visible wear on any transmission gears, clutch, compensator sprocket, water pump and internal parts All gaskets are new as of 12/20/2013. FMF Fatty expansion chamber with tig welded modifications, and a Pro Circuit silencer with spring cylinder connections and rubber mounted rear brackets. THIS IS A BRAND NEW MOTOR. There is about 20 minutes on it. It is not even fully broke in. I have had it in second gear and it pulls hard when you can get it to hook up.
Chassis is a 99 syncro margay chassis with a third bearing support. New Italkart front brake setup including all new spindles with bearings, hubs with bearings, dual piston calipers with pads, vented drilled and slotted rotors, and brake bias connected to dual master cylinders and dual piston rear caliper. New DWT wheels with almost new Bridgestone yhc compound all arround. 40mm rear axle with margay red anodized aluminum hubs. Brand new Spike radiator. Tillett side padded seat.
I have alot of extra motor parts, gaskets, electrical system parts, headlights, chains, 428 sprocket for a 125 setup, Original Margay spindles with Douglas DWT wheels for non front brake setup. All kinds of misc nuts bolts… ect.
All over flows and vents are piped to a easily accessible and removable catch can. All brakeing and steering components are pinned clipped or safety wired. brake linkage has cable backup. Steering column contains padded steering wheel, clutch lever, and a push pull cable style paddle shifter that works flawlessly.
