I found a kart locally with low hours. It’s a 2005 Birel M31 with a Woltjer KT100 engine and extras. The guy is a little taller than me so I’m guessing the frame size is okay.

How does this kart compare performance-wise with a Rotax 125 (which I’ve driven and is a handful)? Is the driving experience similar? Also, can it be converted to a Rotax down the road? Thanks!

    Hello Bill,

The Kt-100 is a bit slower then the Rotax engine, and it will teach you to drive smoother. You will be able to swap out the Yamaha with a Rotax engine at any time.

How much is he asking for the entire package deal?

    Bill Chepel

    Thanks for the feedback!

Chris: he is asking $2000.00 for the package which includes a stand and several sets of tires.

Thats a good deal I’d go for it if everything works properly on the kart.
