I took the head off my modified Honda and found that there is heavy pitting on the cylinder body between the bore and the o-ring, and similar conditions on the head. My initial reaction was corrosion from the cooling system. But then I realized it is all contained in the combustion chamber. These are the best photos I have right now…

There might still be one on eBay Britt if you haven’t figured anything out, It’s a 99 CKT mod. I think he wanted 300. Looked like it was in good shape. I have another, but it’s my championship setup from last year at SRK. So I would want a brick of gold for it 😉
