I have my crg rotax SR,  low in the front and low in the back. I feel a flat cart after long runs. Meaning after 5 laps the chassis in not lifting the rear inside tire and i develop a push in and lose exit. The track is smooth and mostly on the no grip track( it is not a high grip track or tacky at all).  What do you think about raising the chassis, then what changes i will encounter to mak the kart handle.

I would probably try giving the kart some more caster first and then maybe raise the rear. If the track is smooth and not much grip you need to get more weight transfer.
