My last race I had weeping front caliper seals  being a problem, the main was somewhat of a disaster, by the first third of the race my fronts were almost non functional, anyway I know I have to rebuild my calipers but was wondering if it is at all possible to save the pads, they obviously got fluid on them, and one of them left a black film on the rotor.

Will washing them off in brake cleaner clear it out?

    Or should I toss them..

You could try brake cleaner or lacquer thinner and abrade them lightly as well after they’re clean. May or may not get them clean enough, and probably won’t be like 100% virgin pads…
