Colavecchia, Corbett and Grocott Take First Wins of 2017

The 2017 Bobcat of Hamilton Weekly Karting Season got back on track May 30th with St. Catharines Discount Auto Parts Victory Lane welcoming some new and familiar faces.

First time winners included Ben Colavecchia, Cohen Corbett and Davis Grocott in the Designed Wright Novice 1, RCM Racing Equipment Junior 1 and Superior PetroFuels Junior Restricted Divisions.

The Junior 1 Division is quite competitive this year as Corbett became the third different winner in three events.

In other Performance Manufacturing Divisional action, Jacob Mamo would take home his second St. Catharines Discount Auto Parts Wilder Racing Engines Novice 2 Division Feature while Joey Priestley and Travis Majuery would both remain undefeated in  the Quick Ink Custom Screen Printing Junior 2 and Southern Ontario Modified Lite Racing Association Divisions respectively.

Kart Racing continues Tuesday June 6th.  Pits Open at 5:30 and when the racing starts at 7 PM – Grandstand Admission is FREE.
